Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN for a hospital float pool position requiring an active MA RN license and Epic experience.
Details
- Hospital-based position within the Nursing Float Pool
- Medical-Surgical Telemetry patient population
- 12-hour rotating shifts covering both days and nights (7p-7:30a and 7a-7:30p)
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend and rotating holiday coverage required
- Epic EMR experience required
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required in hand
- BLS certification (AHA) required
- Minimum 2+ years of experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
Additional Information
- Provide medical-surgical and telemetry nursing care within a hospital float pool setting
- Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication competency testing
- Required vaccinations include COVID (plus booster) and Flu, with medical exemptions allowed
- Only 3 days of time off approved during the assignment
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
- Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must complete a 6-month break before returning to any BILH facility
