Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring 2 years of cath lab experience and an active MI license.
Details
- Cath Lab - IR unit in a hospital setting
- Adult-geriatric patient population at a Level II trauma facility
- Uses Paragon EMR
- Day shift scheduling with shifts available as five 8s, four 10s, or a combination of 8s and 12s between 630am-7pm
- On-call requirement of 7-11 days with one full weekend per month
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Active MI RN license required at time of submission
- Compact license not accepted
- Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience required
- Previous travel experience preferred
Additional Information
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain professional nursing practice standards
- Follow medical center policies and regulatory guidelines for care delivery
- Hospital-provided procedural scrubs required, with no outside clothing such as sweatshirts or long sleeve shirts permitted in the procedure room
- No more than 5 days of RTO may be requested during the assignment
- Candidates residing within a 35-mile radius of the facility are considered local travelers
