Description

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with 6 months to 1 year of recent home health experience and OASIS experience.

Home health setting
Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Floating may be requested based on facility needs

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of recent home health experience required
OASIS experience required
Specialty experience within the last year required
License required if applicable

Additional Information

Mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate
Local candidates accepted
Prior perm employees must have a 6-month gap before returning as a traveler
RTO requests should be minimal and finalized during initial submission
