Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Intermediate Care (ICU stepdown) position requiring 2+ years of surgical/trauma experience and BLS certification.
Details
- Work in a Medical/Surgical/Trauma/Transplant Intermediate Care Unit (ICU stepdown)
- 32-bed unit with patient ratios of 1:3 to 1:4
- Care for complex surgical and medical patients, including those on ventilators, high flow, and BiPAP
- Cases include trauma, general surgery, thoracic surgery, kidney transplants, and Whipple procedures
- AM shift schedule of 3x12-hour shifts (07:00-19:30), 36 hours per week
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience preferred
