Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring prior travel experience and a TN or compact RN license.

Details

21-bed ICU with 1-2 patient ratios in a hospital setting
Patient population 18+ with conditions including ARDS/pneumonia, withdrawal, and cardiogenic shock
12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week
Weekend shifts required
Float to Stepdown/ER as needed
Unit creates the schedule; no block scheduling offered and flexibility to meet staffing needs is required
Uses Cerner EMR

Requirements

Active TN or compact RN license required at time of consideration
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
Prior travel nursing experience required
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required

Additional Information

Navy scrubs required
Must attend orientation on one of the specified dates in October
No time off approved during a designated period due to an Epic Go Live
Accepts local candidates at a lower rate under the radius rule
Radius rule of 75 miles applies for travel rate eligibility
