Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Coronary Care Unit position requiring 2+ years of Cardiac ICU experience in a Level II trauma center.

Details

Work in a 12-bed Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU)
Provide care to overflow patients from Medical ICU, RRT distress, and other CC diagnoses
Rotating day/night shift schedule (7A/7P)
Required to work every other weekend
Holiday coverage based on unit need

Requirements

Active RN license (MD or Compact) currently in hand
Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
2+ years of Cardiac ICU experience required
Level II trauma center experience required
EPIC EMR experience required

Additional Information

Provide critical care nursing to cardiac patients in a high-acuity ICU setting
Local candidates accepted at the same rate for most facilities
