Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a night shift assignment requiring a KY or compact RN license and at least one year of experience.
Details
- Medical Surgical unit setting
- Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM)
- Every other weekend required
- Block scheduling available
- On-call required once every pay period (2 weeks)
- Any charting system experience accepted, though Meditech experience is preferred
Requirements
- Active Kentucky RN license or Compact RN license required
- AHA-issued BLS certification required (AHA certifications only accepted)
- Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience required
- Teaching hospital experience preferred
- Flu vaccination required with no exemptions
Additional Information
- Must reside outside a 65-mile radius of the facility as local travelers are not accepted
- RTO may be granted as long as the traveler can work their required three days per week
- Travel experience preferred
- Candidates with open or pending background or license issues will not be accepted
