Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiologic Technologist for a varied shift assignment requiring 2+ years of independent experience and current Hawaii licensure.

Details

13-week assignment in the Diagnostic Imaging department
Varied shifts with an average of 3 days of call per month
No guaranteed hours or guaranteed time off requests
Must be assigned a dosimetry badge for radiation safety monitoring

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years independent experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist
Current ARRT certification and BLS certification required
Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license required by start of assignment; license required if applicable
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency operating DR fixed equipment, DR fluoro equipment, C-arms, and portable DR equipment
Experience with Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, Philips Fluoro, Konica DR, and Epic EMR preferred
Must function independently without supervision and maintain knowledge of radiation safety and protocols

Additional Information

Must report to Employee Health 48-72 hours prior to assignment start, requiring arrival on island the Friday before a Monday start
No RTO will be granted during the first 13 weeks of the contract
Candidates without an active State of Hawaii license must apply for licensure upon acceptance of offer
