Description
American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a home health assignment in Alameda County, requiring a CA OT license and 1+ year of home health experience.
Details
- Home health setting covering Alameda County with potential to expand territory as needed
- Day shift, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
- Documentation completed using Kinnser EMR
- iPad and Ring Central equipment provided for daily use
Requirements
- Current, active CA Occupational Therapist license required (if applicable)
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Must be able to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
Additional Information
- Prioritize start of care visits and report them the next day
- Complete clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours of each visit
- Maintain consistent communication with supervisor, intake, and office staff
- Be generally responsive during normal business hours
- Complete 3 days of training, including one in-house day and two in the field
- Meet a productivity requirement based on a points system tied to visit type and weekly caseload
