Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry night shift position requiring a ME or compact license and 2 years of experience.
Details
- Med/Surg Telemetry unit setting in a hospital environment
- Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15
- 13-week assignment length
- EPIC EMR used
- Floating required within 25 miles between facilities as needed
Requirements
- Active RN license (ME or compact) required upon submission
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
- AHA-approved certifications required prior to start (non-AHA certifications accepted for consideration)
- Driver's License required for consideration
- 2 professional references required
Additional Information
- Candidates residing within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility will be considered local, with adjusted pay rates
- Local travelers are not eligible for renewal or extension of contract
- RTO should be minimal, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for a 13-week contract at manager's discretion
- Air pods, laptops, and cell phone usage are prohibited on the unit
- Candidates who worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months should be noted as returning employees/travelers
