Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 2+ years of orthopedic outpatient experience, including personal injury and workers' comp cases, for a 13-week assignment.

Details

Outpatient clinic setting specializing in orthopedics
Caseload averages 12-14 patients per day, approximately 60 patients per week
Clinics typically double-book patients, but overall caseload volume remains consistent
Full support staff available, including front office personnel and PT Aides/Techs
Uses RainTree EMR system
Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (5x8 hour shifts)
No weekend shifts required

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience required
Experience in orthopedic outpatient care required
Experience with personal injury and workers' compensation cases required
No new graduates accepted
License required if applicable

Additional Information

First Day Instructions (FDI) provided by the Clinic Director prior to assignment start
First day typically includes staff introductions, EMR orientation, and shadowing treatments
Second day involves full patient treatment responsibilities
Clinicians carry a caseload similar to that of facility employees
Travel pairs accepted
