Description

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with home health experience and OASIS proficiency to serve a geriatric patient population.

Details

Home Health setting covering a geriatric patient population
Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office, with flexibility required
Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day
On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend
EMR: HCHB experience required

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience required
BLS certification required
OASIS experience required
HCHB EMR experience required
License required if applicable
Must be flexible with territory assignments

Additional Information

Responsibilities include timely documentation and communication with the care team
Scrub attire required in any color; jeans not permitted
No personal cell phone use; iPad provided for work purposes
Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
Open to first-time travelers
Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
