Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring 2 years of L&D experience and Cerner EMR proficiency.

• Labor & Delivery unit setting
• 13-week standard contract
• Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:30
• Must be open to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not offered
• Uses Cerner EMR

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license
• 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• Current certifications: ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, CPI, and NRP
• Prevention First certification required
• Cerner EMR experience required and must be listed in employment history
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Social Security number required for consideration (full SSN preferred, last 4 acceptable)
• Date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Keep requested time off to less than 7 days during the assignment
• Returning permanent employees must obtain approval prior to consideration
• Change of staffing agency is not permitted for this position
