Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a PCU position on night shift, requiring active UT or compact RN license and NIH Stroke Certification.
Details
- Progressive Care Unit (4 West PCU West) setting within a hospital
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Active RN license (UT or Compact) required
- BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
- NIH Stroke Certification required for PCU placement
- Minimum 1 year of recent PCU/telemetry experience required
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Provide progressive care nursing services to telemetry/PCU patients
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility - no local candidates accepted
- First-time travelers may be considered if experience requirements are met
