Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic setting on a long-term travel assignment with an active PT license required.

Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
Day shift schedule, 5x8s, 40 hours per week
No on-call responsibilities
Uses InSync EMR

Requirements

Active PT license required (license required if applicable)
Compact license accepted to start, with full state license required while on assignment
Experience in an outpatient setting required
1 professional reference required for consideration
SSN required for consideration

Long-term assignment with a 26-week commitment
Equipment provided during interview process
Dress code and parking information provided on first day
Candidates with prior PRN or perm employment at this facility must have a one-year separation before returning as a traveler
