Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility position requiring 1 year of experience and a Minnesota RN license.

Details

Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (post-acute) setting with 78 beds
General LTC population with some short-term care patients
Patient ratios of 1:20 days/evenings and 1:40 nights
Uses EPIC and Matrix EMR systems
Evening shifts including 3pm-11:30pm and 7pm-7:30am rotations
Weekend requirement of at least every other weekend
Half of holidays required
13-week assignment at 40 hours per week

Requirements

Active MN RN license required
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
Valid driver's license required for consideration
Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Additional Information

Provide nursing care to long-term care and short-term rehabilitation patients
Facility-specific orientation provided
No on-call or call-back requirements
Local candidates accepted at a lower rate
Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are considered local rate
