Description

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer with ARDMS certification in at least two specialties and general and vascular ultrasound experience across inpatient, outpatient, ED, and NICU populations.

Details

• Ultrasound department serving inpatient, outpatient, ED, and NICU patient populations
• General and vascular ultrasound procedures performed
• 10-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week
• Schedule includes every Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM plus two weekday shifts with variable starts between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM
• Uses EPIC EMR
• May be required to float within 30 miles of the originally assigned facility within clinical competence
• Mandatory overtime as part of the unit rotation pool

Requirements

• ARDMS certification in at least two specialties required
• BLS/CPR certification required
• General and vascular ultrasound experience required
• Experience with inpatient, outpatient, ED, and NICU patient populations required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• License required if applicable

• Covid and flu vaccinations required upon offer, with medical and religious declinations allowed
• Time off requests must be submitted and approved prior to confirmation, and kept to a minimum during the assignment
• Local candidates within 75 miles accepted at a lower bill rate
