Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a night shift position requiring an active IL license and at least 2 years of recent ICU experience.

Details

• 14-bed ICU unit treating adult patients ages 16 and up
• Patient population includes sepsis, shock, DKA, AKI, vascular conditions, and strokes
• Cares for patients on ventilators and with tracheostomies
• Utilizes Impella devices, IABP, and CRRT (Prismax)
• Night shift schedule, 10-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week
• May float to PCU or Med/Surg units within scope

Requirements

• Active IL RN license required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• CCRN certification preferred
• 2 years of recent ICU experience required
• Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
• 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required

• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility with no exceptions
