Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position on a fast-paced surgical unit requiring 5+ years of experience and an active MA RN license.
Details
- Work on a 32-bed general surgical unit that can flex up to 34 beds
- Fast-paced, highly acute care patient population including general surgery, colorectal, elective weight loss (gastric) surgery, urology, spinal, thoracic, trauma, ortho-trauma, endocrine, and occasional medical overflow patients
- Patient ratios typically 5-7 patients per nurse
- NOC shift schedule, 3x12s totaling 36 hrs/week (19:00-07:30)
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant nursing experience required
