Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position requiring at least 1 year of experience and a GA or compact RN license.
Details
- Interventional Radiology unit setting
- Day shift schedule (5x8 hours, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
- 12-week assignment length
- Rotational weekend call plus one weeknight call required
- Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed
Requirements
- Active GA or Compact RN license required at time of consideration
- Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience required
- BLS certification required
- Two supervisory references (Manager level or above) highly preferred
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
- Max RTO of 7 days per contract, must be finalized at time of submission
- No RTO permitted during orientation week
- Holiday coverage required based on number of major holidays falling within the assignment (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/Day)
- If 1-2 major holidays fall during the assignment, no holiday RTO can be requested; if 3 holidays fall during the assignment, one holiday RTO request may be considered
- Full compliance required to start on time
- Fixed shift schedule with no alternate shift or schedule requests permitted
- Previous Piedmont perm, per diem, or FCSS employees must be away from all Piedmont facilities for one full year before applying as a traveler
- Travelers previously cancelled or DNR'd by a Piedmont facility must complete one assignment outside Piedmont before reapplying
