Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN with 2+ years of experience and Epic proficiency for a Telemetry Unit night shift assignment.
Details
- Telemetry Unit within a hospital setting
- 13-week assignment on night shift (19:00-07:30)
- Every other weekend required, though every 3rd weekend may be considered
- Every other holiday required
- May need to float within skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed
- Uses Epic EMR
Requirements
- Active RN license (WI or Compact) currently in hand
- Current BLS certification through the AHA
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
Additional Information
- Provide medical/surgical nursing care to telemetry patients
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
- Candidates should begin discussing extension with their manager 45 days before assignment end date
- Local candidates accepted, though a reduced rate may apply based on facility radius rules
