Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with 2+ years of ICU experience for a night shift acute care position at a Level 2 trauma center.

Details

• Acute care setting within a Level 2 trauma center
• Respiratory Therapy unit
• Straight night shifts, 12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend and holiday required
• Day/Night rotating schedule
• No on-call requirements
• Uses EPIC EMR

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• ICU experience required
• NICU, PICU, or ICU experience preferred
• Active RRT or CRT certification through NBRC required
• Active BLS certification through AHA required
• Active ACLS certification through AHA required
• PALS and NRP certifications preferred
• ND license required if applicable
• Must badge in and out at facility

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy services within an acute care hospital setting
• Gray scrubs required
• Local candidates with permanent addresses within 80 miles of the facility are not accepted
• Clinicians who have previously worked for this health system must have an end date at least 6 months prior to submission date
