Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a GI/Endoscopy position requiring an active GA or Compact license and prior endoscopy experience.
Details
- Diagnostic and Treatment Center setting focused on GI/Endoscopy procedures
- AM shift schedule of 5x8s totaling 40 hours per week
- 30-minute meal break included in shift
- Call rotation required, approximately 7 days within an 8-week period including one weekend and additional weekday shifts
Requirements
- Active Georgia or Compact RN license required in hand
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 18 months of relevant nursing experience required
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- Rotate through on-call responsibilities alongside current staff, with schedule varying week to week
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered, with no exceptions for local candidates
- Former Emory or Houston system employees must be separated for at least 1 year before returning, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday, with only one holiday request allowed per assignment
