Description

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer with 2+ years of experience and ARDMS certification for a hospital-based imaging department.

Details

Hospital-based Ultrasound department located on the 1st floor of the main building
146-bed facility with a small dedicated ultrasound team of 4 FT and 1 PRN staff
1:1 patient ratios
Utilizes GE Logic E10 and GE Logic E9 ultrasound equipment
Meditech EMR
Day shift schedule, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Rotating on-call requirement
May float to the Imaging Center as needed

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
ARDMS certification required
RVT or RVS certification required
Experience with vascular and breast ultrasound studies required
License required if applicable
US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

Perform general, OB, vascular, and breast ultrasound studies
Join a positive, team-oriented department
Black scrubs required
50-mile radius rule applies; local candidates will not be considered
