Description

American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health position requiring OH state licensure and at least one year of acute care OT experience.

Details

Home Health setting covering Springfield, South Charleston, and North Lewisburg, Ohio
Full time schedule, Monday through Friday
Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
HomeCare HomeBase charting experience preferred but not required

Requirements

Current OH state license required if applicable, must be valid prior to start, pending licenses not accepted
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an OT in an acute care setting required
Home care experience desired
Valid driver's license and auto insurance with candidate listed as a driver required
Strong communication skills with patients, families, physicians, and co-workers
Sound clinical judgment and knowledge of therapy best practices

Additional Information

Deliver occupational therapy services in patients' homes across assigned Ohio communities
Detail-oriented, disciplined work style with strong prioritization and time management skills
Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions independently
