Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiologic Technologist to support diagnostic imaging services with 2+ years of experience and required EPIC proficiency.

Details

• Radiology department supporting Fluoroscopy, Bone Density, OR, Pain Clinic, Orthopedics, ER, and Outpatient services
• 8-hour rotating day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• 24 hours per week

Requirements

• Current ARRT certification required
• Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License (Category Radiography) required if applicable
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Minimum 2+ years of Radiologic Technologist experience preferred
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Must be able to perform radiographic procedures with minimal supervision

Additional Information

• Performs a variety of technical radiographic procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative
• Works under the direction of the Chief Technologist, Chief of Radiology, Radiation Safety Officer, and Director of Radiology and Cardiology Services
• Facility is transitioning to EPIC in October
• Exposure to blood and body fluids is expected; universal precautions training required
• COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required, medical exemptions allowed
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered
• Previous Beth Israel Lahey Health employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6-month break before returning
• First-time travelers may be considered
