Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Department RN for a Level 2 trauma center requiring TNCC certification and weekend availability.
Details
- Emergency Department setting within a Level 2 trauma center
- Patient ratio of 4:1
- NOC shift schedule, Mon-Sun 1845-0700
- Weekend shifts required
- On-call is optional
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Current BLS (AHA only) certification required
- TNCC certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Minimum 1.5 years of Emergency Department experience required
- Level 2 trauma center experience required
- Two professional references required
- Mandatory flu shot with no exemptions granted
Additional Information
- Black scrubs required
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered; local candidates not accepted
- Candidates who previously worked as permanent employees at this health system require additional eligibility verification
