Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position on the night shift, requiring current Epic proficiency and telemetry/stepdown experience.
Details
- Work primarily on the Respiratory unit, which admits COVID patients
- May float occasionally to various Med-Surg units including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders
- 36 hours per week on night shift (7p-7:30a)
- Every other weekend required
- No call requirement
Requirements
- Active OH or compact RN license required
- Active BLS certification required
- Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience required
- Must be able to competently read telemetry and will be tested on day one
- Current, active Epic EMR proficiency required
Additional Information
- Holiday coverage required
- Telemetry competency testing will be administered on day one of assignment
- Continued assignment contingent on passing telemetry competency and demonstrating Epic proficiency
