Description
American Traveler is hiring a Sonographer for a Breast Cancer Center with 1+ years of breast imaging experience and RDMS-BR certification.
Details
- Breast Cancer Center ultrasound unit with no clinical involvement
- 6 scan rooms with no floating required
- Approximately 16 ultrasound scans and 25 mammography exams per day
- Uses Hologic mammography and ultrasound equipment
- EMR: Cerner; PACS: CHC
- Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- No weekends, holidays, or call requirements
- Radiologist on-site
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience required
- BLS certification required
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Breast (RDMS-BR) via ARDMS required
- AZ mammography and radiology license (ARRT Breast certified) OR ARDMS Breast Ultrasound certification
- If mammography licensed, ARRT Breast certification also required
- License required if applicable
- Breast imaging experience required (mammography and/or breast ultrasound)
- IV experience a plus but not required
