Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience for a day-shift assignment at a clinic setting.

Details

• Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
• Treatment rooms surround a large gym space
• Schedule of 4 ten-hour days, Monday-Friday (2 days 7am-5pm, 2 days 7am-6pm)
• One-on-one patient sessions with no overlapping of patients
• 45-60 minute treatment sessions
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required
• BLS certification required
• WI Physical Therapist License preferred; license required if applicable
• Pending Wisconsin or Compact license accepted, must be obtained during compliance
• Experience with orthopedic conditions including cervicalgia, low back pain, post-op cervical/shoulder/spinal surgery, and total hip/knee replacement
• Experience with neurologic conditions including cognitive disorders, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, post-stroke rehabilitation, and traumatic brain injury
• Skilled in home exercise program development and patient/family education
