Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a night shift overflow position located in The Joint Center, requiring a VA or compact RN license.

• Med/Surg overflow unit located in The Joint Center
• Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours, 19:00-07:00
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active VA or compact RN license required
• Required to pass a drug screen during compliance and on day 1 onsite
• Zero-tolerance policy for THC, including medical marijuana cards
• Must complete fit testing and be clean-shaven, or provide a pre-approved provider exemption letter prior to starting

Additional Information

• General RN orientation occurs every other Monday
• Candidates who previously worked a permanent position at the facility within the past 24 months will not be considered
• Local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not accepted
• Holiday coverage expectations scale with the number of holidays falling within the assignment: work one holiday if one falls in the assignment, one of two if two fall, and two of three if three fall
