Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility/LTC setting requiring at least 1 year of SNF/LTC experience.
Details
- Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting
- Day shift, 5x8 hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Patient ratio of 1:5
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- No floating between unlike units required
- Uses Net Solutions and PointClickCare charting systems
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent Skilled Nursing Facility and/or Long-Term Care experience required
- BLS certification required
- Compact state license must be in hand at time of submission (license required if applicable)
- PointClickCare charting experience required
- Must have own transportation
- Primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster required
Additional Information
- Black scrubs required as facility attire
- Free parking available with IRS standard mileage reimbursement
- Local candidates accepted within a 50-75 mile radius at the same pay rate
- First-time travelers are not accepted for this position
- Former permanent staff may return as travelers after a 3-month waiting period, provided they are not within 50 miles of the facility
- Candidates must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities near the contracted location
