Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a Surgical ICU night shift position requiring an active LA or compact RN license and NIH Stroke Certification.
Details
- Surgical ICU (SICU) department within a hospital setting
- 13-week travel assignment
- Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Requirements
- Active RN license (LA state or compact) required
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience required
- BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
- NIH Stroke Certification required
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Provide direct nursing care to surgical ICU patients
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for consideration
- No local candidates accepted under any circumstances
