Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Surgical Trauma Stepdown unit on night shift, requiring at least 1 year of recent trauma stepdown experience and an active TX or compact RN license.
Details
- Surgical Trauma Stepdown unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC, valid at least 30 days beyond start date
- NIH Stroke certification required for this unit
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in trauma stepdown nursing
- No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Provide stepdown-level care for surgical trauma patients
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility as local candidates are not accepted
