Description

American Traveler is hiring an ICU RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring a CA RN license and recent critical care experience.

Details

• ICU setting in a hospital environment
• 13-week assignment with 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
• 36 scheduled hours per week
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required at time of consideration
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• 1 year of recent full-time ICU experience within the last 3 years required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BSN or related degree preferred
• 2+ years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred
• CCRN certification preferred
• Dialysis or SLED experience preferred

Additional Information

• Provide direct critical care nursing to ICU patients
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
• Contingent workers subject to a two-year tenure limit per facility policy, with required 90-day breaks between extended assignments
