Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience for a 13-week assignment.

Details

• Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting with treatment rooms surrounding a large gym space
• 4x10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday (two shifts 7am-5pm, two shifts 7am-6pm)
• 60-minute one-on-one patient sessions with no overlapping of patients
• 1:1 patient ratio

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Wisconsin or Compact PT license preferred; pending license accepted at time of offer, license required if applicable
• Experience treating orthopedic conditions including joint replacements, spinal conditions, and post-op rehabilitation

• Responsibilities include patient evaluation, assessment, treatment planning, and documentation across the plan of care
• Patient population includes geriatric and orthopedic cases such as joint injuries, spinal conditions, and post-surgical recovery
• Facility cannot accommodate travelers with latex allergies

• Local candidates accepted at a lower rate
• Travelers may return to the facility only after a minimum 1-year separation
• Travel pairs accepted
