Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 1+ year of orthopedic outpatient experience for a day-shift assignment.

Details

• Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
• 4x10-hour day shifts, Monday-Friday (two days 7am-5pm, two days 7am-6pm)
• 60-minute one-on-one patient sessions with no overlapping of patients
• Epic charting experience preferred

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience required, with outpatient clinic setting experience
• Current BLS certification required
• WI Physical Therapist license preferred; license required if applicable
• Pending WI or Compact license accepted, must be obtained during compliance
• Experience with orthopedic conditions including ankle sprains, cervicalgia, DDD, DJD, hip and knee injuries, low back pain, and post-op recovery
• Skilled in assessment, documentation, and treatment planning including evaluations, POC, and reassessments
• Experience with modalities such as cervical traction and neurologic rehabilitation preferred

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include developing and implementing home exercise programs, patient/family education, and safety/injury prevention instruction
• Facility cannot accommodate travelers with latex allergies

• Previous travelers may return only after a minimum 1-year separation from the facility
