Description
American Traveler is hiring a Pediatric Ortho RN for a night shift position requiring pediatric or orthopedic experience and PALS certification.
Details
- Pediatric Orthopedic unit, may also work with pediatric surgery patients
- Patient ratios of 1:3-1:4
- Night shift, 3x12 hour shifts (6:45pm-7:15am)
- Weekend work required
- No on-call responsibilities
- No floating required outside of scope
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
Requirements
- Active MO RN license or compact license in hand at time of application
- Current BLS and PALS certifications (AHA only)
- Minimum one year of pediatric and/or orthopedic nursing experience required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Cerner charting experience
- References required, can be pending at time of consideration
Additional Information
- Provide nursing care to pediatric orthopedic patients, including those undergoing surgery
- Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
- Previous employees are eligible to return
- Travel pairs are welcome to apply together
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- RTO must be submitted at time of consideration
