Requirements

• Active PT license required (license required if applicable)
• Compact license accepted to start, but full state license must be obtained shortly after starting
• Experience in the outpatient setting required
• Current professional reference required
• SSN required for consideration

• Lunch breaks are auto-deducted if clinician does not clock out
• Candidates previously employed by the facility on a PRN or permanent basis must have a one-year separation before returning as a traveler
