Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a hospital float pool position requiring MA licensure and 2+ years of experience.
Details
- Nursing Float Pool unit within a hospital setting
- Medical-Surgical Telemetry specialty
- 12-hour night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week
- 8-week assignment length
- Floating required, including to an affiliated hospital as needed
- Epic EMR experience required
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required, in hand
- BLS certification (AHA) required
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Must pass a day-one pass/fail test at orientation (1 attempt only)
- Must complete Relias testing during onboarding (2 attempts allowed) to prepare for onsite testing
Additional Information
- Provide medical-surgical and telemetry nursing care within a float pool role
- No more than 3 days of RTO permitted
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
- Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must complete a 6-month break before returning to any BILH facility
- Required vaccinations include COVID-19 (plus booster) and Flu, with medical exemptions allowed
