Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring 2+ years of critical care experience and a KS or compact RN license.

Details

• General ICU unit within a Critical Care department
• Facility sees a high behavioral health patient population
• Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA) required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• CPI/MOAB High Risk training (online and on-site portions) required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing services in a general ICU setting with behavioral health considerations
• CPI/MOAB on-site training portion completed during orientation
• Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate due to facility radius rule
• Candidates should begin discussing assignment extension with their manager approximately 45 days before the end date
