Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department position requiring TNCC and ACLS certification with every other weekend coverage.
Details
- Work in a hospital Emergency Department-Trauma 1 unit
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call responsibilities
- Shift hours 07:00-19:30
- Uses Cerner OneChart EMR
- Ceil blue scrubs required
Requirements
- Active KS or compact RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification (AHA required)
- TNCC certification required
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required
- CPI/MOAB High Risk training (online and on-site portions) required
- Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
- Extensive emergency department nursing experience required
Additional Information
- Provide emergency and trauma nursing care in a high-acuity ED setting
- CPI/MOAB on-site training portion completed during orientation
- Radius rule applies which may affect pay rate for local candidates
- Candidates must have a US Social Security Number and US home address
- First-time travelers may be considered
