Description

American Traveler is hiring an X-ray Technologist with 2+ years of acute care experience for a rotating shift assignment requiring prior travel experience.

Details

• Radiology department in an acute care hospital setting
• Rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week (36 hours)
• Schedule includes Mon-Tues-Fri, Day/Eve rotation (Mon-Tues 8:00am-8:30pm, Fri 9:00am-10:00pm)
• Variable weekend and holiday rotation as needed
• Call requirements are variable and based on department need
• Scheduling flexibility required, including possible day changes based on department needs

Requirements

• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program required
• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or appropriate military training required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting required
• Current registration as R.T.(R)(ARRT) or registry-eligible within 6 months of hire required
• BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Prior travel assignment experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills required
• Computer proficiency including PACS and HIS/RIS required
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English required
• Ability to maintain confidential information required
