Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for adult respiratory care services requiring an active NV RRT license and 2+ years of specialty experience.

Details

• Adult patient population within a Respiratory Care Services department
• 13-week contract length
• Uses EPIC for charting, with training provided during orientation or option to test out
• No blocked scheduling permitted

Requirements

• Active NV RRT license required for RRTs; RNs without a temp or perm license may be considered but must apply promptly upon offer
• Minimum 2 years of experience within the respiratory therapy specialty
• Minimum of one recent 13-week travel assignment within the past year required prior to consideration
• AHA certifications required; CPI certification required for behavioral/psych cases
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Must be willing to work a minimum of 2 major holidays
• Returning travelers must have a 13-week break after completing a prior contract before being eligible again
• Requested time off (RTO) must be included at time of consideration and will not be added to the end of the contract
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
