Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a night shift travel position requiring 2+ years of experience and an active OK or compact RN license.

Details

• Med/Surg unit spanning two floors with 34 and 38 beds respectively
• Night shift, 7p-7a
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• Floating required
• No call requirements
• Uses Cerner EMR

Requirements

• Active RN license (OK or Compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• PALS certification required within 6 months of start date
• 2+ years of recent Med/Surg experience required
• Cerner EMR experience required
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg setting
• Black scrub color required
• Maximum RTO of 4 days/nights per 13-week contract, with individual requests limited to less than 1 week
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Not eligible if previously employed as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the last 2 years
