Description

American Traveler is seeking an ICU RN with 2+ years of experience and prior travel assignment experience for a 13-week contract.

Details

ICU setting with 12-hour day shifts (3x12 or 4x12), 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Scheduled 84 hours biweekly with a 72-hour guarantee
Float to PCU, overflow, and ED hold required, including taking 4 patients
EPIC charting experience preferred

Requirements

Active RN license (TX or Compact)
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and either ENPC or PALS
TNCC certification preferred
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
Previous travel nursing experience required

Additional Information

Facility conducts its own onsite drug screen upon arrival, which includes marijuana testing
A positive drug screen results in automatic cancellation with no exceptions
Candidates should avoid any substances, including CBD products, that could result in a positive drug screen
Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
