Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for a 13-week acute care assignment requiring 1+ years of circulating experience and an active AZ or compact RN license.

Details

Acute care setting within a Level 3 trauma facility
Operating Room unit with 4 ORs
Typical patient ratio of 1:1
Cases include General, Ortho, Neuro, OB-GYN, and ENT
Circulating role only
Uses Allscripts EMR
Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-5:00 PM with one weekday off per week
10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Weekend and call requirements vary and will be discussed during interview
No floating required
24/7 in-house pharmacy support

Requirements

Active RN license (AZ or Compact)
BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred
NIHSS certification required
Minimum 1 year of circulating OR experience
No BSN required

Additional Information

Circulate cases across General, Ortho, Neuro, OB-GYN, and ENT specialties
Blue scrubs provided by the facility
Orientation held every Monday, 8 hours
Cancellation policy allows up to 3 cancellations per 13-week assignment
