Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a PACU position requiring ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications with alternating 10/12-hour shifts including call.
Details
- Work in the Recovery Room within Surgical Services
- Alternating weekly 10-hour and 12-hour shifts, starting at 0645
- 4x10s totaling 40 hrs/week with a 30-minute meal break
- On-call responsibilities required
- PACU and ENDO experience preferred
Requirements
- Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS
- Experience in PACU and ENDO preferred
Additional Information
- Provide nursing care to the general PACU patient population
- Function as a clinically competent practitioner delivering post-anesthesia recovery care
