Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 2+ years of experience and Epic EMR proficiency for a hospital-based imaging role.

Details

MRI Tech unit within a hospital radiology/cardiology department
4x8 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, plus 2x16 hour Saturday-Sunday shifts from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
No on-call requirements
Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
Current BLS certification required
State license required (if applicable)
ARRT MR certification preferred
Active license required for consideration, pending licenses not accepted
Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travelers, with no mile radius restrictions
Contracted hours are guaranteed
Finalized time off requests must be submitted upfront and will not be accepted after an offer is made
Flu vaccine required during flu season (October 31 - March 31), with medical or religious exemptions only
Scrubs may be any color but tops and bottoms must match, with no logos or prints permitted
Free parking available with a decal provided at orientation
Contracted travelers must wait one year after leaving an internal position before reapplying
