Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring on-call availability and prior travel experience.

Details

Operating Room unit in a short-term acute care hospital
1:1 patient ratios
Day shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
On-call requirement of 100 hours per 4-week schedule
Weekend on-call standby required
Floating between units required based on facility needs and staffing demands
May be required to float to other facilities within the health system
Uses Epic EMR system

Requirements

Active OR RN license required
Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience required
Prior travel nursing experience required
Epic EMR experience required
Must have a vehicle for this assignment

Additional Information

Scrubs provided for OR staff
No parking fees at this facility
Floating to other units and facilities is common and may include additional incentives for select locations
Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a travel nurse and cannot apply within 50 miles of the facility
Minimal RTO accommodated for this assignment
